1) Leading a team of Project Managers and Site Inspectors to oversee 25+ projects in a month.2) Process-gap analysis and mitigation, MIS reporting.3) Planning, tracking, and driving Installation TATs.4) Cash Flow mapping in coordination with Design and Sales.5) Escalation management.

1) Drive the project lifecycle by coordinating with PMCs, architects, design and services consultants, operations teams and Contractors.2) Construction spends & milestones tracking.3) Providing key technical inputs during Tendering lifecycle and lead Design reviews4) Scheduling & monitoring the progress of the project by using project management tools and trackers.5) Delay analysis and mitigative methods implementation.6) Strategy development, application, and feedback to the management.7) Focus on Pre-Construction phase planning and scheduling.

Prepare and manage overall master schedule. Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable using Primavera P6, & MS Project.Develop and update resource (manpower and material) histogram as required.Interface between functional team - architects, structural design, procurement, QS & Billing and project operational team.Providing strategic input and feedback to the management.
