Responsible for delivering an AWS cloud-based platform for public safety organizations that used advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization to predict crime and predict officers at risk. This involved working closely with architects to design and ingest a variety of data sources (structured and unstructured) into a data lake and curating and transforming it into a common data model for analytics and ML.In addition, I was responsible for defining roadmaps and feature backlogs based on market evidence and customer needs. I prepared functional architecture and design and worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver program increments. This required collaborating with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, UX designers, and data scientists, to ensure that the product met the needs of our customers.Overall, my role was to drive the development and delivery of a product that helped public safety organizations to be more effective in their work. I ensured that the product was designed and delivered using the latest technology and adhered to best practices, while meeting the needs of our customers and achieving our business objectives.

As a core member of the product leadership team, I launched a portfolio of solutions that significantly increased the customer base and revenue. In particular, I led the development of transportation solutions for truck and rail carriers, including pricing, transport order generation and execution, and invoicing.Additionally, I led the design and development of a Quote to Cash/Order to Cash portfolio of systems for ocean cargo carriers, which included a product catalogue search, quote, booking, bill of lading, invoicing, and shipment/order tracking. I also built products for container leasing companies, which involved leasing, subleasing, and invoicing.Furthermore, I developed and delivered a product for tracking containers based on EDI messages and designed and delivered an equipment management module that consisted of lease/sublease contracts, container movement and inventory, and reposition planning and optimization.Finally, I led the migration of a client-server based portfolio of products to a web-based application, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers. My experience demonstrates my leadership and expertise in product management, as well as my ability to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers and drive business growth.
