Internal Auditing: Presently, as a Quality Controller, I do internal auditing and rate my colleagues’ performance on a monthly basis apart from controlling and maintaining quality reports of my team as well as other production centers throughout India. 2. Responsible for uploading the files directly. Assisting in day-to-day auditing of the Transcription live work. Always generated high quality (>90%) Transcription reports within the given time limits. Trained in visual proofreading, electronic spell check, grammar check, typing, checking for medical inconsistencies and inaccuracies, and health care issues. Transcribe and format the medical records with excellent listening skills. Proficiency in transcribing all types of hospital dictations/reports (including patient history, consultation notes, lab reports, operative reports, etc.). Professional skills in computer typing and medical terminology.
