1.Data Analysis and Reporting:○ Collect and analyze data from 120+ stores across kerala related to mobiles, exchange mobiles ,appliances, SmartChoice sales, purchases, inventory, and vendor performance.○ Prepare and distribute hourly,daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales figures, and stock levels.○ Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and process improvements.2.Purchase Support:○ Assist the SmartChoice team with product purchase operations by providing data on stock availability, demand, and product performance.○ Track and report on SmartChoice purchase activities, including vendor transactions and inventory levels.○ Support the evaluation and pricing of exchange products based on data-driven insights.3.Collaboration with Teams:○ Work closely with the SmartChoice sales and purchase teams to provide data and reports that support operational efficiency.○ Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.4.Process Improvement:○ Identify areas for improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.○ Implement best practices for data management and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.5.Reporting Automation:○ Explore opportunities to automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting software.○ Develop templates and dashboards for regular reporting to improve accessibility and efficiency.6.Documentation and Record Keeping:○ Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all reports, analyses, and data used for SmartChoice operations.○ Ensure that all reports are accurate and delivered on time to relevant stakeholders.
