Using Lightbox's proprietary data and an existing team of experience data scientists and product specialist, the role was created help Lightbox surface even more of its deep and impressive data sets. The result is expected to create more productivity gains for lenders, brokers, and money managers as well as improved portfolio management, lending, and risk mitigation outcomes.

- Envisioned, developed, and brought to market many of the Trepp innovations over the 30+ years. - Imagined, developed and authored TreppWire which provides daily commentary on the CMBS, CLO, Leveraged Loan and Commercial Real Estate Markets. This market moving commentary is released each business morning. A "must read" for 3000+ CMBS professionals each morning. Research impacts CMBS trading and valuations on a regular basis.- Developed Bank Navigator Product Line, a CCAR and DFAST bank stress testing platform used by US banks. Worked with many of largest US banks in supplying CRE/MF data for CCAR and DFAST model building. - Oversaw Construction of Trepp's Default Model which is used by more than 30 financial institutions for CECL calculations and for running bottoms up CRE stress test calculations. - Managed Trepp Modeling Team which was responsible for building (and continues to build) Trepp's best-of-industry CMBS calculative models. (Managed team for 10 years). - Managed CRE CDO Modeling Team which was responsible for building (and continues to build) Trepp's CRE CDO calculative models. (Managed team for 10 years). - CMBS Daily Pricing - Built daily pricing service from ground up. Responsible group that produces daily valuations for CMBS/CDO marketplace. (Managed team for 15+ years.)- Worked with New York Federal Reserve Bank to develop and implement TALF program for CMBS- Recorded TreppWire Podcast Weekly - over 1 million listens from 2020 to 2023 - more than 200 episodes with weekly listenship of 15,000 at the peak.
