I'm visionary and experienced business & research strategist. I inspire a lot by doing something for the first time and seeing when new research knowledge helps companies to success better. I'm an ICT engineer with plenty of knowledge on human issues. I've been director & entrepreneur & adviser & researcher & teacher. My specialties are research, business and product development. I have worked in both public and private sector. I think positive & big. There are a lot opportunities and possibilities. My colleagues have said: "Manu is an impressive combination of hands-on approach and visionary thinking about the future."My educational background is M.Sc. in software systems (1992) & Teacher qualifications (2001) & Specialist Qualification in Management, Business Administration and Management, General.Currently I organize research in consulting company. Our target is to provide new knowledge with universities for our customers to renew and improve business concepts. Before this I worked for Finnish innovation ecosystem & growth companies and the challenges they have with R&D, funding and marketing. Earlier I have been entrepreneur (2 startups), education manager, and I've worked for EU working groups.
