• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructureo Install, configure and maintain Infrastructure, Servers Monitering and Help Desk software for the company• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems,(Windows/Unix) application software and system management tools• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies• Provide User support and Analyze users' needs.• Administration, troubleshooting, resource management and ensure system availability servers in development, QA, production and recovery environments across multiple data centers.• Research, design, configure and implement new systems and upgrades for existing systems to comply with business operational needs.• Daily monitoring and reporting of the data protection and backups.• Troubleshooting, on-call and problem resolution support for operational issues.• Co-ordinating with technical and non-technical staff to effectively resolve challenges, research and implement solutions.• Manage infrastructure system planning process including the design of specifications, diagrams, techniques and strategies.• Technical responsibilities include, installation, total network integration, analysis, mitigations, escalation support and troubleshoot existing CISCO LAN/WAN network infrastructure.• Responsible for supporting entire Network for this Software Company, including SLT Fiber, Lan, Wi-Fi and Mobile Broadband.• Contribute in research towards technology planning and approval of the systems to be established at the organization.• Planning Designing and implement company inter network.• Assist the seniors in configuring and installing the network and checking its efficiency from time to time.

• Responsible for supporting entire Network for this Software Company, including SLT Fiber, Lan, Wi-Fi and Mobile Broadband.• Contribute in research towards technology planning and approval of the systems to be established at the organization.• Planning Designing and implement company inter network.• Assist the seniors in configuring and installing the network and checking its efficiency from time to time.• Affix the hardware and software components to ensure optimum appropriation of resources.• Keep track of the payments made for licenses and its date of renewal.• Respond to the needs, problems and suggestions as conveyed by the end users.• Design, support, evaluate and maintain the telecommunications network and systems installed by the organization• Communicate with the users and perform an analysis to evaluate the technical needs of the organization• Ensure that the network infrastructure is well managed and maintained and that it functions without interruptions• Tackle the security issues concerning the network and prevent unauthorized access to the systems• Perform duties as necessary for network address, routing table configuration, authorization of directory services, etc.
