Responsible for:• Specifying all I/O signals necessary for the control and automation of the CDE plants. • Specifying all components required for the wiring of the plant.• Overseeing the design, manufacture and testing of CDE plants. Dealing with any customer electrical queries. • Assisting other departments with any electrical queries.

During my time over here, I established strong and positive communication with customers to ensure high quality customer service. I also created and presented reports to update management on the operational progress of the store. Another task was to balance a large volume of inventories by leveraging stock control techniques. During this tenure, I managed cash counter services while delivering reports to management on daily basis. I was proactively involved in addressing customer's queries and delivered knowledge about coffee or food specialties. Moreover, I ensured a safe/healthy environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
