 Liaised with Project Managers, Architects and Contractors on international projects and attendedsite meetings. Formulated and prepared information on initial concepts. Prepared Architectural and Interior working drawings and interdisciplinary coordination. Developed preliminary design for electro-mechanical services. Prepared design drawings and documents for planning application and building control forrefurbishment works. Provided design detail to suppliers and contractors for construction. Developed & updated Master Program for projects. Coordination between Architectural, Interiors and Building services drawings for detection ofpossible design conflicts. Responsible for coordination, monitoring and follow-up of design drawings and approval of samples /submittals from contactor/subcontractors. Led the design team and delegated to junior associates. Issued drawings to site and liaised with site foreman to ensure drawings were followed. Ensured submission deadlines were met as per agreed project schedule
