Mitre 10 is New Zealand’s largest retailer with over 1 billion NZD turnover. Mitre 10's DIY videos published on YouTube attracted over 10 million views. To improve engagement with customers we built a new video platform proving useful DIY information as well as a seamless path to purchase and "clicks to bricks".
