AWS Certified, Solution Architect with 5+ years’ experience in IT, Cloud, Unified Communications, network/telecom equipment and intrigued with the recent development of public cloud and being one of the witness of the changing industry trends (hybrid clouds). Fast-paced technology is where I belong because I feel so very passionate about work to do.Upon graduating with a degree in technology, I was thrust into using my learned theoretical knowledge working initially as a Telecom Consultant before being quickly promoted to the role of Sales Engineer.At work, my days are filled with a wide range of technology issues requiring real-life experience. From network designs to programming, some trouble-shooting as required and field-technician support of VoIP, UC, and Cloud solutions, each day presents new challenges. My inherent ability to learn quickly, coupled with keen analytical thinking, enable me to face the varied challenges each day at work. Being able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple concurrent projects, provides the invigoration I crave each day at work. Sometimes I am asked to collaborate on system issues, while most often I work alone to get the task at hand completed to the customers’ satisfaction.
