Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• Assist with full cycle recruiting to ensure our talent acquisition team meets their quarterly goals by assisting with interview scheduling, phone screenings, qualifying resumes, etc. to fill managerial, administrative, clerical, professional, and operational positions. • Duties include, but are not limited to, using job specifications to create job openings on Jobvite, reviewing and qualifying 100+ resumes, preparing salary proposals, coordinatingbackground verifications aligned with company processes, managing follow-up communications with candidates, and helping draft conditional offer emails• Conduct background investigation pre-checks and processing’s for various titles such as special inspectors which may consist of 20-25 candidates per class• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to determine their recruitment needs and ensure their staffing needs are met• Complete I-9 documentation, new hire paperwork, and audit onboarding materials as well as appointing candidates into our internal system • Training interns on the full-cycle recruitment process including: onboarding/processing and background investigation process• Assist in sourcing for candidates for various titles including executive agency counsel through LinkedIn recruiter by using Boolean searches• Support talent acquisition recruiters during career fairs to help fill open vacancies by sourcing for qualified candidates• Successfully managing high-volume HR tasks including processing 6-8 candidates weekly, scheduling interviews for 20+ candidates per job posting, conducting 8-10 background investigation pre-checks weekly, etc.
