My background is progressive and extensive, I have over 10 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical industry. During that time, I have also invested in my education and credentials, most recently I received my Project Management certification.My approach to driving successful programs and projects is simple. It’s consultative and pragmatic. I gather all the information, assess and analyze potential solutions and recommend the best course of action.In order to understand the needs of your clients, and stakeholders you have to understand the root cause of their problems, So I ask a lot of questions. In asking questions, I try to understand what’s working, and what’s not working and bridge the gap between the two to a streamlined process. Change Management is inevitable when it comes to project management, it just comes with the territory. A lot of times when I’m trying to determine the best solution, the challenges unveil themselves. As part of the process to deliver the project on time I’ve had to implement change management initiatives that fix, streamline and improve the process. This directly impacts not only the project at hand but also the overall operations of the business future.I often have to rely on my resources, my most important ones are direct talent and cross-functional team talent. I love project/program management, I love the process and seeing something from conception to execution. I appreciate that data analysis, process improvement, and change management have the ability to improve team engagement, productivity, and an organization’s growth.
