I am the CEO of Softway, proud creator of Culture Rise. I believe in love as a business strategy. But that’s definitely not where I started. To understand what we do, it’s best to understand how we got where we are today.6 years ago, my business came very close to complete failure. When I started trying to fix what was wrong, I realized that the biggest reason for our failure was ME. This was the beginning of my personal transformation journey—the beginning of unlearning and relearning leadership, mentorship, and accountability. It was the beginning of my realization that for Softway to thrive, we had to incorporate LOVE into our business strategy.Our transformation journey and everything we’ve learned while pulling Softway out of the ashes helped us create Culture Rise (formerly known as Seneca). Through Culture Rise, we share our path to radical culture change and resilience with other leaders and teams who are struggling with the same problems that nearly killed our business. We dream big, because we have worked hard to make it happen. Our mission is to bring humanity back to the workplace. Our Culture Rise training experience focus on 5 key areas: 1.
