Led DevOps team providing 24/7 application support, release management, and project implementation.• Designed, planned, and managed migration of data centers and back-office IT applications with Early Warning under a tight deadline after acquisition. Transitioned nation’s largest banks payment system to the new infrastructure.• Achieved over 99.99% uptime and exceeded monthly committed SLA with payment volumes exceeding $20M and 400K transactions daily through technology and process improvements.• Architected and implemented database and application clustering to automate failover reducing recovery time from 45 minutes to 15 minutes.
