Chair internal meeting of team members on project arising matters.Liaise between SPECS Management and Project team members.Drive the progress of all subcontractors in the Resumption Projects.Lead in the identification, screening and interviewing of the project personnel.Review and approve milestone payments for subcontractors.Resolve any contractual disputes with the subcontractor (s).Approve all the issued Work Orders (WOs) and Change Orders (COs) to SPECS by the Project Owner.Lead all the bidding processes for the resumption Projects.Manage all the resumption Project budget.Approve the mobilization and demobilization of project personnel.Approve and manage project personnel R&R requests.Review and approve the project weekly Coordination Meeting (WCM) Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with the Project Owner.Review and endorse Purchase Orders (POs) prior to their approval by the SPECS President.Review and endorse all the letter of Awards (LOAs) to be issued out to subcontractors.Negotiate contracts with the subcontractors and/or vendors/suppliers.Responsible for all the Project HSE related matters.Participate in the Project Steering Committee meeting between SPECS Management and SPOC Management.
