• Provide training and guidance to back-office clinicians concerning various patient care, laboratory, administrative and compliance duties.• Develop and demonstrate the expertise of all dental equipment and ensure continuous maintenance of same through effective staff education develop• Demonstrate and train on working effectively with co-workers, patients, and others by sharing ideas constructively and positively; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables, and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions; addressing others by name, actions words and deeds • Effectively train multi-offices new dental assistants and educate existing assistants on all new policies and procedures• Ensure that all dental assistants know and follow their job description• Actively participate in Schedule Institute Leadership training meetings to get practice growth and increase practice revenue • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students. • Plan and supervise class projects and other experiential activities and guide students in learning from those activities.• Attend all staff meetings, team meetings, and teacher duties as required. • Coordinate with Lead Teacher to establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students.• Observe and evaluate students’ performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.• Provide support for the Lead Teacher. • To follow school policies as stated in the Faculty Handbook.
