My daily duty as following:Issue the company product information on ALIBABA,MADE IN CHINA,GLOBE SOURSE and other foreign free B2B plateform ,meanwhile ,search buyers contact information via internet,then,keep update product information every day,menwhile,we always to attend China inland spring &autumn canton fair ,the Consumer electronic show &Hong kong electronic fair and send 50 development email to foreign customer.only does this,company's Product information can be searched by oversea buyer and therefore can got more opportunity than other supplier, follow up all inquiries from customer and quote on time(within 24 hours) ,Negotiation the price issue ,prepare the sample and track&review the samples(including handmade &tooling samples) before send to the client approval;deal with purchase order(PI) and arrange it to the production;inform the client QC inspection(WIP ,Intital,online,finial inspection),if goods is ready,need to inform customer to arrange payment in advance.meanwhile, Ready commercial invoice,packing list,filling in S/O to shipping agent to booking vessel and confirm the delivery date to customer and arrange custome inspection.After shipment,please push shipping agent to send me the B/L and arrange delivery to customer by Express(except Telegram Release).
