This plan facilitated didactic training for over 70% of the teams involved in the project, ensuring a solid understanding of the changes introduced by the standard.I worked closely with the Actuarial, Finance, and IT teams to document specific business cases related to IFRS 17 within the organization. This resource standardized the calculation of overtime by the Operation, streamlining salary processing and ensuring compliance with Colombian salary regulations. This approach significantly reduced the calculation time for payroll updates from 5 to 1 day, improving process efficiency.The creation of the Project Alerts System was the next phase after implementing the Corporate Information System. This system, composed of key performance indicators (KPIs), generated alerts for significant deviations from the budget or performances below the required threshold.
