As front desk assistant, I was responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and scheduling/booking appointments for groups of visitors.Additionally, I served as a guide to students and visitors in the gallery, explaining exhibits and assisting in research, and I aided in taking inventory of and organizing the Western Illinois University art collection across campus.

As director’s assistant, I was in charge of registering children for camp, making records of registrations and financial transactions, and keeping inventory of camp supplies.
