In my dual position managing technical projects and customer success, I lead product projects, identifying advanced technological solutions in different development environments. In this position I managed a team of 3 software experts responsible for ongoing product testing and presented product functionality analyses to senior decision-makers.• Environments: Wireshark, Vmware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, UltraEdit, Visio and Microsoft Networking

This role was almost identical to my later position at Avdor CIS – ErgoCom simply transitioned all activities in its recording department to its subsidiary Avdor CIS.

Installed company products and servers for all client types, including major market leaders, which involved configuring routers and servers. My experience in this role covered:• Setting up virtual and physical environments• Full functionality testing• Establishing a DC with DNS / DHCP, and an AD with a GPO for the entire domain• Migrating all company servers to a virtual environment• Performing advanced network traffic analysis with Wireshark• Installing and working with various protocols (HTTP/S, FTP/S, SSH, etc.)• Regularly writing and running SQL queries

Full military service, providing comprehensive technical support for encrypted radio devices, first as a service rep and then as team leader. This role gave me in-depth knowledge of encryption algorithms in these types of devices.
