Over the past five years, I have led a team of creative people who are passionate about graphic design, animation, 3D, and art.During this period of time, I gained valuable insight into myself as well as my responsibilities as a leader.Learning and teaching, listening and being available to those in need are all things I enjoy.In my role as a team leader, I have gained experience in communication with other team members, sharing responsibility regarding the project, and estimating times in a reliable and accurate manner.Creating and developing are two of my favorite things At the same time, I enjoy being hands-on to recall where I began and how it felt.
