• Design and development of multidisciplinary industrial automation lines – from concept review to delivery and installation at client factory (maximize outputs, improve quality, and lower production costs to meet customer definitions).• Managing a team of mechanical engineers\sub-contractors, in charge of the design process from PDR through PRR while dealing with changes and maintaining strict deadlines.• Coordinating activities between different departments including integration stage, control\SW and procurement.• Mechanical design of automated assembly lines that include hundreds of mechanisms: pneumatic and motion systems, Pick & Place Manipulators, welders, presses, metal processing, precision screwing, Index Conveyors Driving by Yaskawa servo and AC motors.• Robotics integration for handling parts with Yaskawa Motoman MH50 and Epson SCARA industrial robots, design grippers using actuators and vacuum gripping technology (hands on experience).• Integrate image processing systems for industrial visual inspection and quality control, interaction in lightning, camera, and optics.• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials – design thousands of parts in CNC milling machines, sheet metal processing, wire erosion (EDM), 3D printing (SLA, FDM), welding, coating, and heat treatment technology.• Overseeing all documentation, manuals, drawings, spare parts, providing engineering support and service to customer personnel for pharma, printing, and food industry.
