While cities in the past were driven largely by real estate, in the future mobility, resiliency, and sustainability will play a larger and complementary role. Through innovative approaches like the Sway Mobility platform, cities and neighborhoods can move forward together with the private sector to create more value and equity for everyone.I build relationships, networks, and products from the best global sources, whether it's for a startup or some of the world's largest financial institutions. This includes over $11 billion in completed transactions through private equity capital raising, dispositions, recapitalizations, and debt placement in 19 US states and 12 countries and territories. My international experience includes opening the London office to cover Europe and the Middle East for a large bank, raising capital from a global network of institutional investors, and sourcing the best European electric vehicle charging, carshare, and shared mobility hardware technologies as co-founder of a US-based startup.My work in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East elicited a strong interest in sustainability and the economics of sustainable design, and I now have two LEED AP credentials, was among the first EcoDistricts APs in the country, and am both a Passive House Certified Builder and Certified Passive House Consultant.
