Community engagement and VMMC outreaches through face-to-face interpersonal communication sessions to educate communities especially men using tailor made VMMC messages for specific target populations, on benefits of VMMC including HIV prevention.• Build relationships with local community leaders, beneficiaries of the VMMC services, traditional initiators, formal schools' leaderships, and other relevant line ministries' representatives as well as the healthcare providers, to promote VMMC participation.• Ensure that all outreach efforts are culturally appropriate and respectful of local customs, beliefs, and practices.• Adapt communication strategies to align with the cultural, religious, and social values of different communities.• Identify and address potential cultural barriers to VMMC acceptance and participation, using locally informed solutions.• Work closely with local stakeholders to develop culturally relevant educational materials and messages.• Provide accurate, clear, and culturally sensitive information on VMMC, its health benefits, the procedure, and post-procedure care.• Address concerns, myths, and misconceptions about circumcision through dialogue and education.• Promote other related health services, such as HIV testing services, as part of a holistic approach to men's health.• Advocate for the VMMC program by promoting it as a voluntary, safe, and beneficial health intervention.• Build trust within communities through consistent, transparent, and respectful communication.• Provide continuous feedback to the program teams on community attitudes and concerns, helping to shape future outreach strategies.• Keep detailed records of outreach activities, including the number of individuals reached, key feedback, and identified barriers to participation.• Report regularly to the direct supervisor, providing insights into community engagement efforts and program progress.• Participate in regular training and workshops to enhance communication.

● Collaborating with local organizations to conduct demand creation activities to ensure effect dissemination of key information about PrEP.● Liaise with community leadership and other key stakeholders in the implementation of the Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) demand creation activities.● Conduct one on one and small group discussions at community level to raise demand and awareness for PrEP services.● To contribute to the overall implementation of activities and development of new program approaches.● To disseminate and communicate correct information about services to target groups and strategize communication activities directly related to relevant services.● To recruit, train and mentor community-based volunteer mobilisers for continuous PrEP demand creation to increase service uptake.
