The mission of Young Conquerors organization, a 501 (c) 3, is to educate, inspire and mentor youth to become self sustaining. Our goals are to alleviate poverty among the youth in third world countries, inspire, empower, educate and mentor the next generation.

• Manage safety and security operations at Angaza Construction field sites and facilities (residential & office) to include direct oversight of 25 security personnel operations and training, access control procedures, alarm and CCTV surveillance systems, fire and emergency response systems, loss prevention, executive protection and security vendor management.• Conduct site safety and security audits towards standardization of security measures and implement security improvement plans at all sites. • Compile periodic political, security and operational risk assessments via open source intelligence gathering, incident reporting and disseminate security advisory reports to staff towards reducing risk exposure.• Conduct regular site visits to project sites to monitor implementation of Angaza security policies and procedures by the employees, affiliates, contractors and other third parties and take corrective action when required.• Ensure 24/7 operations and functionality in the Operations Centre to include security systems, communications and tracking of deployed assets, and performing as a member of the Crisis Management Team. • Triage security concerns and incidents affecting Angaza operations for appropriate corporate security response for business continuity and to mitigate future incidents.• Head the investigation of corporate safety and security incidents, property loss, theft and non-compliance.

• Develop and review security protocols while implementing the Safety and Security strategy for RHI International to anticipate likely threats and ensure mitigation plans are in place. • Conduct regional specific security risk assessment and site survey programs in Kenya to ensure the timely identification of threats and the development of cost-effective security counter measures. • Monitor and assess the security threats and advise senior management and other relevant stakeholders on their implications to ensure that we are taking pro-active measures to avoid or minimize potential harm or loss to RHI International personnel, assets and operations.• Develop and implement contingency and crisis management plans to ensure effective response in an emergency.• Implement procedures and standards for the protection of at-risk staff members, including travel security and implement protection plans for major corporate meetings and events.• Organize and facilitate periodic training to security personnel and security briefings to staff.• Conduct investigations into corporate issues involving fraud, non-compliance, security incidents and near-misses.
