• Vendor selection for new health and welfare benefits administrator and new leaves administrator for 7,000 employees in the US.

• Implementation of new HRIS and payroll systems as it impacted benefits, retirement plans and leave administration, including design and testing of over 15 new interfaces, change management and policy design.

• Acted as project manager to merge benefits from dissolved subsidiary into Credit Suisse plans:
• Merger of Swiss American Securities Inc. (SASI) defined benefit pension and 401(k) plans into CS plans and continuation of COBRA health benefits to former SASI employees.
• Various communication materials to SASI employees explaining impact.
• Ensuring all legal filings and plan document updates were made.
• Project involved working with representatives from multiple entities including SASI, outside legal counsel, vendors and internal CS departments.
