Additional responsibilities:• Ability to correctly scope projects on the cost and timeline in coordination with the Team Leader• Properly determine the project needs and requirements• Troubleshoot project roadblocks when needed and communicate them to Team Leader• Assist in properly delegating task as you see fit and assist in checking teammate’s productivity time. Report/escalate to Team Leader if necessary• Perform quality assurance - Check on all projects before sending to clients• Assist Team Leader in project monitoring - Cost and Timeline• If needed, communicate to client for requirement requests or clarifications

Design Solutions - Design graphics using Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Acrobat and demonstrate an understanding of client needs and reflect this in the design outcome.Interpret the brief - Effectively interpret a client’s business needs as outlined in creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual designs.Create Graphics - Apply deep understanding of typography, illustration, storyboarding and iconography when working on design projects.Work with clients or other designers to explain design concepts and manage design feedback.Work within project schedules and meet deadlines.
