Lead cross functional teams to plan and flawlessly execute programs which exceeds both customer and internal expectations. Own Programs Profitability. Customer interface: communicate customer expectation and requirements to program team; facilitate responses, customer and program meetings; handling of complaints; etc. Program team: manage cross function team (sales, engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, finance, etc.); communicate and track functional deliverables; motivate and encourage team work  Program timing: develop, update and manage program timing plan, considering customer deliverables and internal requirements;  Program financials: ensure all cost elements are captured for program calculation and approval; pursue on time program approval; track program spending; constantly work on improvements to program financials (spend control, customer recoveries, CTO, CMI, CI and others) up to end of production Quality: ensure all program deliverables (e.g. design, tooling, buy parts, manufacturing) meet and exceed requirements within program objectives Issue and risk management: actively tackle upcoming issues and bring them to closure to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction; take forward looking approach, anticipate and avoid possible issues.

Reporting to: Asia Supply Chain Director Subordinates: 20 (4 direct reports plus 2 dot line reports and their teams)Overall manage Asia E-Systems (including Wire Harness, Electronics & connectivity, Electrification product lines) program Sourcing & Procurement related activities and support Asia business. Lead and supervise Asia advance purchasing team to support Asia 10 Lear manufacture plants plus 3 JV manufacture plants.Lead & ensure sourcing strategy & supplier base best meet Asia business needs. Build up and integrate Asia E-systems product line advance purchasing teams. Optimize customer RFQ & new program sourcing process. Lead regional Advance and program purchasing teams, from customers RFQ stage to new program launch, with follow up during mass production phase related to engineering changes and cross function VA/VE workshops with suppliers.  Provide best materials cost estimates and sourcing assumptions to support customer RFQs Influence and be involved in very early stage of new program requirements to permit full execution of sourcing and preferred suppliers strategy, including dual sourcing  Set and Drive the bidding/sourcing plan for new programs, to ensure overall sourcing plan is aligned with program requirements and objectives Drive suppliers and material costs to reach target at new programs launch, including Design to Cost workshops with engineering and suppliers  Support programs VA/VE workshops and actions execution with suppliers for program already in mass production

Be responsible for maximizing the commercial & operational performance of a set of ODM/OEM manufacturers and Direct Material Suppliers. Identify, gain buy-in for & implement Sourcing Strategies for portfolio of Suppliers. Build and grow powerful relationships with key Stakeholders. Be strong in delivering complex and controversial activities in matrix and virtual environments – a natural Leader with a wide toolbox of influencing skills. - Manage ODM/OEM manufactures including all comercial related terms negotiations, annual Psaving, capacity/ productivity evaluation. Be familar of ODM/OEM product cost models (materials, labor, overhead...). Build up partnership with key manufactures.- Manage team (3) to support & control raw materials (PCB, Tooled parts, Connectors..) sourcing activities. including supplier base management, sourcing strategy development, negotiation comercial terms.

Lead product value chain OI improvement project (for Air Purifier, Humidifier), engage & charllenge each steps from overal product life cycle for improvement. Including but not limted to marketing, sales, design, manufacture, inventory and outsourcing portion (Softwire, Industory design, OEM/ODM), and left of the whole supply chain. Cooperate with internal cross function teams and external suppliers to support the business grow and product profitble.

Responsibilities: Oversee All Asia (India, China, Korea, Japan, etc.) Infotainment Sourcing & Procurement related activities and support global business from Asia as well. Develop and execute Asia sourcing strategy and supervise sourcing program status. Set up program sourcing team (3 subordinations) to support Asia sourcing business and roll out standard process and best practice to achieve cost target.  Accountable for the Purchasing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ensuring organizational service, quality, innovation, and financial goals are met.  Define, communicate and execute Asia Business Unit purchasing strategy. Assure regional supply base strategy alignment with short/long term business requirements.  Management of relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to capture Asia business needs and specific commodity requirements to provide the best overall outcomes from the supply chain, whether they are technical, commercial or logistical  Take leadership of procurement for Asia awarded projects throughout development phase and execute according to defined timelines and cost targets.  Manage Asia low cost country sourcing operation, fulfill global sourcing tasks as well as meet “quality first”, “time to market” and “cost competitive” requirements  Manage supplier relationship & strategy development, supplier selection and establishing best value for money in order to meet BU commercial objectives  Lead team to assess opportunity for commodity including spend segmentation, commodity maturity, cost drivers, and global supply market analysis, investigate on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), focus on key electronic parts, PCB and ODM/EMS outsourcing.  Accountable for company infotainment programs new business material cost confirmation/commitment, participate in company level quotation strategy review / definition.  Define team org chart, roles and responsibilities. Team member individual target setting and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities:Acting as the product group Procurement management, accountable for procurement contribution to Product group. Supporting the company by selecting core and/or leveraged suppliers which provide optimal cost, quality, and delivery. Manage the assigned global commodities within the Global Sourced Products team. Engage with internal stakeholders from different regions to capture commodity requirements and ensure supplier qualification and supplier performance Primary interface with suppliers for sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management to obtain best possible value for the company in NPI phase. Working collaboratively with team members, business and functional business partners, and suppliers to develop and monitor project plans to ensure sourcing projects are delivered on time and within budget. Gaining comprehensive industry knowledge of best practices, processes, and technology trends to proactively adjust sourcing strategy. Identifying metrics, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing and vendor innovation and efficiencies. Defines and execute procurement strategy for product group, in line with financial and business targets of the PG and the Global procurement strategy. Support/drive the Product group to realize cost improvement through VA/VE activities Ensure early involvement of Procurement in the development stage of New Products and Solutions, accountable for the related impacts on Time to Market, Quality , product and/or Solutions costs, as long as third party Suppliers are concerned. Recklessly pursue global cost improvement opportunities in respects of new technologies, new industrial processes, alternative source localizations and suppliers standardization and consolidation. Effectively manage supplier with scorecard and internal relationships with stakeholder engagement, including formal business reviews and ongoing continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:Responsible for the completion of complex, cross-functional and cross-regional projects. Accomplishes project goals in the context of a matrix organization with people assigned from functional organizations in a global engineering environment. Lead the project in all aspects, from new projects award/development till product end of life. As the guarantor of customer satisfaction in conjunction with the achievement of project Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives, while ensuring profitability throughout the entire project lifecycle.  Responsible for overall project management (2~5 major projects, with more than 100 R&D engineers and supporting function team involved). Lead and drive a cross function matrix team to develop and bring to market new products on time with high quality. Responsible for definition and delivery of project objectives, scope, cost and schedule. Keep team focused on project objectives, track and report status Manage change to overcome obstacles and maintain project commitments. Remove team obstacles, manage conflicts and promote good team morale to achieve productivity and effectiveness. Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams. Manage development of project plans with focus on achievement of project goals, including project specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Lead NPI proto type build and make sure smooth transition from NPI to MP. Work with VAVE department on product cost improvement plan and track the execution. Support and organize project fault review board meetings  Facilitate retrospection reviews Responsible for management of customer satisfaction and provide corrective actions. Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis and responsible for driving action items based on results.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of core application system testing to ensure the qulity of delivery before user acceptance testing. Planning according to project requirement. Monitoring and control the progress of system testing delivery. Lead testing resource to conduct system testing based on testing plan. Collaborate closely with project manager, business analyst, and local or remote development team for system testing strategy and plan to ensure the delivery on schedule  Manage the testing resource effectively within budget. Control testing quality effectively and delivery expected testing result on time with advanced problem solving skill. Conducts appropriate system testing on core application system to conform to project requirements by appropriate testing approach with high degree of competency in process management of hardware & software development life cycle. Statistics and analyze testing result, improve testing quality and effectiveness  Lead team to set up Automation testing environment and greatly improved testing efficiency
