1. Organizing online and offline campus activities (e.g Campus recruitment and campus-enterprise cooperation), maintaining online recruitment websites timely (Yingjie Seng, Zhilian, Qianchengwuyou, Lagou etc.), updating campus tracker and candidate process status.2. Monitoring the interview process and negotiating offers with the candidates who passed the interview, also arrange the agreement sign-off after receiving initial alignment.3.
