I worked with a small team to provide excellent on-site and remote technical support for clients in the greater Kansas City area. I specialized in provisioning and maintaining Windows Server (2008-2019), Windows 10, and macOS. I changed Active Directory or other system settings upon client request.I helped ensure our servers and networking equipment were working efficiently. If any went offline, I notified the team and figured out the cause (power failure, ISP down, etc) and worked on a resolution to bring said device back online as quickly as possible.I created a system for deploying OS images to multiple devices at once, taking a process that took 3 hours per device to something that only took 30 minutes for as many devices as needed at once.

I worked on troubleshooting & performing first-time setups of thin clients, PCs, scanners, & TVs.I also configured, installed, & maintained HP & Zebra printers. I was able to effectively communicate with people in person, via phone/radio, and Amazon Chime.I prioritized work based on department and production objectives, as well as managed multiple customer requests simultaneously.I went above & beyond to dive deep into a project that had been in pending status and helped come up with a solution to solve it.And, I also made a wiki page to help others install, troubleshoot, & configure Windows on managed Amazon computers.

I supervise a team of cashiers and courtesy clerks, providing training, monitoring, and assistance with operational issues.I schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks, conduct/supervise sweeps, manage cash drawers, and close down register systems at night. And of course, provide excellent customer service daily is a top priority!

I made pizzas and worked to keep customers happy.Washed dishes and cleaned the backroom efficiently and thoroughly.All this with an excellent & upbeat attitude!
