Program Director of Seattle's leading country music radio station, building it into a top 5 25-54 PPM ratings position and a top tier market revenue ranking while at the same time defeating and re positioning the long time heritage competitor. Created & helped monetize multiple station event streams, including 2 large scale concert brands, along with station smart phone app roll-out, digital and social strategy and growth. Co-created, launched and programmed Hot 103-7, a classic hip hop/R&B format that has been one of the most successful ratings debuts in the Nielsen Audio PPM era. Station has become a dominant player across 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 with consistent top 4 female ranks across all three age groups

San Francisco, Ca

Oversaw programming and operations for 4 CBS Radio stations in San Francisco, including All News KCBS, Radio Alice@97.3; KMVQ-FM one of the pioneering stations of the new "MOViN' format,and Classic Hits KFRC.Notable accomplishments include the strategy and implementation of the creation of KCBS AM/FM simulcast resulting in major 25-54 improvement and strong revenue improvement and the re-pairing of the original Alice morning show team "Sarah & Vinnie" which led to a return to AM dominance for the station. Returned KFRC as a classic hits station to a new frequency after a 9 month absence and launched one of the first MOViN formatted station as a rhythmic AC to great PPM growth. Additionally, served as VP/Programming, MOViN format, overseeing strategy for other CBS stations in the format.

Seattle, Wa

Successfully built CHR (contemporary hit radio) 106.1 Kiss FM into a market leading station from the ground up, leading the station from 21st in billing to top 5 in the market. Built station audience into one of the top 3 weekly cumes in Seattle. Recruited Bender morning show and launched Children's Miracle Network partnership with Seattle Children's raising over $5 million in the first 5 years. Also launched the first "all 80's" station in the country, 96.5 The Point, taking the station to #2 in the market 25-54 in one book. Later, helped relaunched 96.5 as one of the first adult hits "Jack FM" stations in the US, which helped result in another meteoric rise in both target demo ratings and revenue. Also, CBS Radio VP/CHR Programming, providing oversight and advice to 6 other CBS CHR stations across the country.

Key programmer at WPLJ, the most watched Hot Adult Contemporary station of the '90s. Both co-created and and maintained the 'PLJ brand, one of America's first Hot AC stations, which propelled WPLJ into a top New York City biller and dominant station with adult women in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area.
