• Packing and off-loading of equipments and setting up the blood-drive.• Welcome donors,assist with registration.assist donors In completing donor forms and answering any question they have according to Standard operating procedure.• Manage the flow of bloo-drive/donor centre.• Ensure that customer service is provided at all times.• Perform medical screening and check for donor legibility to donate and capture all• Educating donors on high risk behaviour.• Prepare blood pack according to standard operating procedure.• Ensure that sterility is maintained when collecting nwhole blood,discard used equipment as per Standard op procedures.• Documentation of post donation and provide donor care.• Manage cost per unit for whole blood and collectionwithin agreed blood-drive/donor centre.• Assist with clinic supervision,analysing training needs on relevant policies and procedure.
