I oversee the day to day running and operations of residential, industrial as well as commercial property.I take responsibility for repairs and ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties. Some of the things I get involved in on a daily basis are:Screening potential tenantsDrafting, signing, and renewing leases on behalf of property ownersCollecting rentArranging for preventative maintenance & necessary repairs to propertiesSetting up and adhering to budgets for property maintenance

I assist clients with the rental, purchase or sale of industrial, commercial or residential property. I manage everything from searching for properties that meet the needs of clients and preparing contracts and scheduling viewings.

I have the responsibility of ensuring that members of Geoffrey's Unique Investments carry out their duties of managing and overseeing the activities of the FSP with the necessary due care, skill and diligence.
