More than 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and teaching. With a bachelor's degree in social sciences from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. Currently I am working with NorthNext Technologies as M&E assistant. Previously, I served as a Senior Teacher at Aga Khan Higher Secondary School Chitral, where I developed and delivered engaging curriculum content, resulting in improved student performance. Additionally, my tenure at Mountain Institute for Education and Development in Islamabad equipped me with invaluable skills in program monitoring, evaluation, and stakeholder management. My expertise lies in data analysis, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement complemented by a strong foundation in social sciences. I am proficient in PDI, Microsoft Excel, SPSS.
