- Assisting the Manager with operational issues- Scheduling meetings and team building sessions - Responding Employees Queries on Manager Behalf- Maintaining relationships with vendors.- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.- Assisting Manager for Inbound and Outbound Activities.- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed- Updating logs and order forms.- Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager

- Planning as well as controlling different business operations- Managing cost and reviewing the budget- Supervising inventory, facility layout, and even distribution of goods- Taking care of quality assurance measures and programs- Planning proper use of available human resources- Coordinating the activities of different departments such as pricing, warehousing, production, marketing, etc- Improving support services like accounts, finance, HR, and IT, etc

- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments- Maintain Student lists- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Develop and maintain a filing system for student registration and examination.- Research and creates presentations- Generate reports- Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff- Maintain up-to-date employee records.

- Assisting in the preparation of budgets- Managing records and receipts- Reconciling daily, and monthly transactions- Processing invoices- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters-- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
