Prepare tailor made Inspection & Test Plan exclusively for project needs as per base line program/completion date. Negotiate with client / consultant & advise construction team regarding ITP that suits & favour’s to achieve project’s mile stone & completion on time. It also ensures project related quality documentation required, target compliance to the international standards, and local authority’s regulations and legislations.• Ensure implementation of PQP.• Implement, maintain and improve the quality management system requirements at project.Monthly meeting with regards to corporate’s internal communication and consultation process for quality assurance and analysis of quality performance based on the group’s targets & objectives.• Ensure QA/QC policy to be followed in any and all works, introduce correct submittal process of daily work inspection requests along with duly signed checklists by responsible persons, and stop blindly submittal of WIR in bulk without any on site verification resulting in the high rejection rate.• Strict compliance of Quality-Cost-Time matrix to achieve targets.• Issue internal field observations and non-confirmatory reports to minimize external NCRs.• Analyze and close out of external NCRs.• Issue NCRs against Materials & workmanship.• Complete the testing and commissioning tasks at project(s) as per project progress.• Participate in the internal audit process as per the plan approved from corporate QHSEdepartment.
