This program had immediate effects in the profit margin and service indicators, for Group Medical the operational result was improved in more than $5M from 2009-2010• I led a local initiative to deliver the financial information to Home Office timely and accurately, with a deep impact in the company’s culture, swinging values like engagement and compromise, the result was to reduce the preparation period from 18 to 6 days and the operation grade from “D” to “A” . • I developed a procedure for reinsurance operations to produce the monthly figures in a reliable way, accurately, timely and consistently. This robust dataset was the key element for improve the treaty conditions and gain a discount of 20% in the premiums • I reviewed and improved as required, all the pricing assumptions, through the development of experience studies for individual life and personal accidents. With this the competitive position of the company was strengthen.• I contributed to increase the market share for individual personal accidents from 0% to 7% in the period 2006 to 2011, through the design and implementation of the anchor product which includes more than 30 benefits which can be mixed up according to the channel and target market requirements. -
