Working as a consultant for Ibersis/Soluziona, I was responsible for:Analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing modifications to the commercial system (1 million lines of code). I led a team of 20 engineers, contributing over 20,000 hours of annual programming.Managing the migration of technological modifications, including server changes, operating system updates, database transitions, and compiler updates.Overseeing the management of large databases with terabytes of data and more than 300 tables containing over 500 million records.Executing massive replication of various system operations to optimize processes. Operations that previously took months to complete were accomplished in minutes.Managing a system with over 1,500 users, serving 3.5 million installations owned by 1.5 million clients. I ensured the system's correct functioning and defined and executed solutions with immediate responses to various requirements, whether legal or strategic, for both temporary and permanent solutions while system implementations were performed. Developing strategic plans for critical, complex, and long-duration processes, such as data conversion, tool migration, server migrations, and monthly procedural tasks.
