𝐔𝐒 𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐓𝐎𝐒: 𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐎𝐓, 𝐂𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐎, 𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐎, 𝐒𝐏𝐏, 𝐈𝐒𝐎-𝐍𝐄, 𝐍𝐘𝐈𝐒𝐎, 𝐏𝐉𝐌𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬:• Manage the analysis and implementation of new markets and products in the aforementioned USA markets, in order to support the customers' commercial growth.∙ researching entry requirements for specific markets and completion of market access requirements;∙ ensuring process documentation and maintenance during the market entry;∙ establishing connections to US ISOs and RTOs;∙ acquiring required certificates and business numbers;• Develop a comprehensive overview and execute relevant tasks in order to ensure company and customer presence within existing energy markets. • Enabling decision-making processes and take ownership for managing and administrating user and products on third-party platforms.• Developing and maintaining a close relationship with key stakeholders in current and new ISOs and RTOs.

𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬:• Onboarding process: a comprehensive range of development tasks aimed at enhancing market insight and strategy within the company's existing power and gas markets. These tasks will include: ∙ establishing robust processes that revolve around market insight and strategy across various energy markets; ∙ creating detailed flowcharts to streamline the Market Entry procedures for the respective energy markets; ∙ devising qualitative market research methods to gain valuable insights; ∙ conducting comprehensive commercial analyses to unlock potential value and foster further company growth.• Cooperation with customers to craft customer-oriented digital elements.• Cultivating partnerships with potential business partners and/or suppliers of digital tools. • Development of internal tools to facilitate digitization as well as development of internal support tools for project management within the organization.• Development of a product program tailored for turnkey companies, specifically targeting potential Danish customers.

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:Creative Learning Lab (also known as Learning Lab E2021) gave us the opportunity to work with real-life tasks set by an enterprise and organization, in order to bridge knowledge exchange and collaboration between these organizations and students. After several weeks of intensive work with the correspondent enterprise or organization, my study group presented potential solutions and a report to the set tasks in the last Creative Learning Lab session to the enterprise or organization. The pitch was short, analytical and clear-cut involving less text and more visual methods. All in all, it promotes and strengthens Problem-based Learning (PBL).The overall idea was to contribute and gain valuable knowledge about improving efficiency in decision-making through task focus, while breaking barriers to the industry. This set-up was very dynamic, compared to the classical Semester Project. In this sense, my 9th semester Study Group had to generate a valuable creative "𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵", rather than a report or project.
