- Edit and proofread the writers' daily output, and ensuring the quantity and quality are up to the company's requirements. - Distributing and following up unscheduled writing assignments requested by other departments. - Briefing the writers on tasks, news, poker, writing technique and anything else they may need to know to do their work effectively. - Holding team meetings every two weeks for assesment, brainstorming and general discussion. - Supporting the writers to ensure they are able to do their work and motivated about it. - Taking part in the hiring process for new writers, and regularly assessing the current ones.
