● Securing crops from pests and climate change impacts● Analyze pest problems in an agroecosystem and formulate a management strategy based on the principles of integrated pest management (IPM)● Collecting pest and plant disease data and analyzing it as a basis for control measures, as well as making monitoring reports to The Head of Plant Pest and Disease Laboratory● Prepare tools for controlling plant pests and diseases and guiding farmers in control practices● Contributing to the success of the Sri Rejeki farmer group, Eka marga Village, Lubuklinggau City in increasing rice yields from 7 tons/ha to 10 tons/ha of dry grain harvested through the Farmers Empowerment program in IPM Correctional (P4). This program consists of 3 stages, namely exploration, propagation and application of biological control agents
