Assist students with academic achievement in the area of Justice and Law Administration.

Facilitate routine campus tours for prospective students and families. Educate and guide university applicants through admissions process. Provide necessary information regarding the university to prospective students and families.

This internship provides an overview of officer training, criminal investigations, community policing, operational services and court services.

Observe the aspects of the judicial system and contribute to daily operations within the facility. Conduct interviews with the clients to obtain necessary information for the Probation Officer. Assist with pre-sentence investigations, home visits, warrants, and entering data into an automated information system

Provide clear communication with customer's concerns and gather negative feedback to improve future customer service.
