Responsibilities & Duties :-- Preparing the product design using 3D/2D CAD modeling software tools (SolidWorks / Auto Cad)- Preparing the As Build GA Drawings for the customer and contractors.- Preparing the required mechanical calculations (Ventilation, Pressure drop, Noise Reduction, Structure analysis) during the design stage.- Creating and controlling the BOM of all customized products.- Ordering the Accessories & Ready-Made items (Mechanical/ Electrical) based on the design requirement.- Design for manufacturing all the Generator Components such as (Base frames, Tanks, Control Panels, Breaker Panels, Enclosures, Containers, Supports & Holders)- Apply DFMEA & FEA before Finalizing the Customized Product.- Reduce the Production Processing Time during the design stage by using (Symmetry, Minimum No. of parts, Considering the Machine Capability and modification availability)- Validation of the Function, Accuracy, Fasteners & Accessibility for fabrication and maintenance.- Preparing all sheet metal Cutting Drawings & Beems Cutting lists. - Prepare the Bending, Fabrication & Assembly drawing for manufacturing.- Prepare the 3D-Nesting for the Sheet Metal parts using (NestingWorks, SigmaNEST)- Arrange the shipping loading diagram for the trailers and the containers.
