As a Legal Assistant, it is my responsible to help the Lawyers and other legal professionals prepare for trials or court cases. My duties include answering phone calls and greeting clients, contributing to fact-checking and compiling case evidence and communicating with court employees to confirm court dates.

I worked alongside a senior mortgage loan officer to find potential home loan mortgage applicants, helped them navigate the loan process, and assisted with preparing and closing the mortgage loan transaction. I counseled applicants on various loan products and mortgage programs, prepared loan packages that meet applicants’ specific financial needs, and collected, verified, and analyzed financial data to determine an applicant’s creditworthiness and ability to repay a home mortgage loan

I used active listening skills to understand customer concerns and worked to provide them with solutions. In this proactive support role, I was abled to get in front of issues as soon as possible and give feedback on how to improve client retention.
