Lead a high performing team of attorneys responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a high volume of sales and partnership contracts including technology and data services agreements in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and goals; contracts include agreements for data analytics, software, regulated data, data processing, fraud services, agency, confidentiality, consulting, evaluation, technology platforms, SaaS, employer services, and reseller services.While leading the team, also maintain high volume case load as an individual contributor for key deals to drive revenue and in order to train newer team members.Collaborate with business unit leaders, sales, operations, finance, compliance, information security, and product marketing to develop creative approaches to address unique client requirements.Protect Experian’s interests through contractual adherence to corporate risk management policies and compliance requirements, including FCRA, GLBA, CCPA, and GDPR regulatory compliance; train sales teams and other functions on company policies, best practices, enforceability of contracts, and risk; develop and utilize playbooks.
