Promoted to larger portfolio of 12 conventional properties comprising a total of 302 units. Managing a team of maintenance and office personnel, I oversaw daily operations, coordinated maintenance tasks, and provided support to leasing and administrative staff. A significant part of this role included creating annual budgets and managing financials for each community within the portfolio. Throughout the year, I monitored financial perfomance, tracked variances, and made adjustments as necessary to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitibility.

Managed a portfolio of 3 multi-family properties totaling 188 units overseeing day-to-day operations, resident relations, and maintenance activities. In this role I created sales campaigns, developed and managed property budgets, and completed capital projects to enhance my communities.
