Aflac (AFL) is a Fortune 500 Company Insuring more than 50 million in the U.S. and Japan. Aflac listed as the “Most Ethical Insurance Company” according to Ethisphere magazine 5 years running. I Work directly with CEOs, business owners, and HR managers to close whitespace accounts and set up payroll deducted supplemental benefits. While consulting with prospective clients I effectively identify needs and determine which products are the best for them by allowing them to communicate their individual circumstances to me. I excel at being able to take abstract insurance principles and make them comprehensible to my customers. Through many years of continued service I have retained those accounts and the trust they placed in me.

While at MarketSource I developed and maintained relationships with 19 major retailers, including Best Buy, stores by providing ongoing sales support including training, incentives, contests, promotions, and leave-behind materials. I was responsible for training, and scheduling of 8-10 part-time in-store sales reps, and serve as their first point-of-contact. In addition I assessed customer needs, reported on competitor activity, and provided input into future marketing plans and strategies.

At Syrasoft I developed new prospect funnel by representing Syrasoft at industry specific trade show events as well as providing onsite demonstrations, product installation and new user training. As Director of Setup Services, I streamlined customer implementation/set up process using PC Anywhere remote access software in lieu of performing onsite installations. I also provided remote technical support for over 1000 customers.
