Achievements (2022):• Implemented a CMS to improve communication efficiency on a global scale, as well as reduce (international) department communication through automation.• Developed and implemented a project management system to improve task management and improve staff productivity (USA and Indonesia branch). • Developed an organisational structure for the global marketing team to ensure commando and communication lines were clear and distinguishable for staff members.Responsible for:• Brand Image Management: analysing current perceived image in the international market and re-aligning the image to meet our objectives.• Content Management: collecting, curating and publishing content for the team.
