-Maintained an error rate of <1% on conventional refinance underwrites. -Solo responsibility for loans starting at the initial underwrite, all the way to the Final Sign Off to clear the loan to close. -Successfully managed 3 streams of inbound client communication at all times: Phone, Email, Salesforce. All communications responded to within 2 hours maximum. -Maintained >95% "Answered Call Rate" for inbound phone calls. -Built lasting relationships with Rocket Pro TPO mortgage broker Partners for my entire career that led to more business for the company, smoother Partner experiences, and a greater sense of loyalty, trust and commitment for our partners from the company. -Accepted into, and completed Rock FOC's "Aspiring Leaders" Program, a 2-month course that provides early training, resources and continued guidance to those pursuing leadership positions.

-Maintained a pipeline of 180 loans regularly, with a peak at 260. -Maintained a >95% Answered Call Rate, with inbound calls at 100+ per month. -Managed the full pipelines of Rocket Pro TPO loans of 20+ Broker shops simultaneously at any given time in the role. -Played an integral role in increasing wallet share from our Broker Partners with building trust, efficiency, and showing compassion for their borrowers. -Managed the signing dates, underwriting/title/vendor progresses and quality of each loan, having a direct impact on client satisfaction, loan closing speed, and the trust of our Broker Partners. -Worked on the Out of Office coverage team requiring high levels of adaptability, teamwork, time management and flexibility.
